Scribd Embed + Previewer Cleaner

This userscript replaces supported Scribd document pages with Scribd’s embedded viewer and adds a small menu for opening the original page or submitting the current Scribd URL to an authorized previewer.

It also includes cleanup rules for the previewer page to hide known inappropriate banner ads.
