Taken from [Emforus' graffiti guide](https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=61&t=16344567) (~32k logs). The author's own caveat applies: the sample is small and he doesn't recommend treating it as a rule. Badges are hints, not instructions — a suggestion won't show if you don't own that colour.
