# Pinterest Login Wall Bypasser
Have you ever tried to browse Pinterest without an account, only to be stopped by an annoying, unclosable login popup, disabled scrolling, and unclickable links? This script completely removes these restrictions, allowing you to freely explore Pinterest, its categories, and its pins as a guest user.
## ✨ Key Features
* **Homepage Blank Page Fix:** If you visit the root domain (`pinterest.com` or `pinterest.it`), Pinterest normally blocks the feed entirely for non-logged users. This script automatically redirects you to the public `/ideas/` page so you can actually start exploring.
* **Unblocks Scrolling & Removes Overlays:** Automatically injects custom CSS to force `overflow: auto` on the page body, completely hiding the login modals, signup banners, and the dark/blurred overlays that prevent you from seeing the content.
* **Restores Clickability & Navigation:** Pinterest is a React-based Single Page Application (SPA). By default, clicking on a category or a pin triggers an internal React event that launches the login wall instead of opening the link. This script intercepts your clicks in the *Capture Phase* (before React even notices them), suppresses the login popup trigger, and forces a standard browser navigation (hard reload) to the requested page.
* **Dynamic DOM Monitoring:** Uses a `MutationObserver` to constantly monitor the page. If Pinterest tries to dynamically lock your scroll or apply `pointer-events: none` while you scroll down the feed, the script instantly overrides it, keeping the page fully functional.
## 🛠️ How It Works (Technical Overview)
1. **CSS Injection:** Hides known modal IDs (`[data-test-id="login-modal-default"]`, `.ReactModalPortal`, etc.) and sets `z-index: -100` and `opacity: 0`.
2. **MutationObserver:** Constantly checks the `body` and main React root container for inline styles like `overflow: hidden` or `pointer-events: none` and reverts them to `auto`.
3. **Event Capturing:** Uses `document.addEventListener('click', handler, true)` to catch clicks on `` tags early. It stops the event propagation (`e.stopImmediatePropagation()`) so the SPA router doesn't fire the login modal, and manually updates `window.location.href`.
## 📌 Compatibility
Tested and fully working on Tampermonkey and Violentmonkey. Compatible with all international Pinterest domains (e.g., `.com`, `.it`, `.fr`, etc. - thanks to the wildcards in the `@match` rules).
*Note: Pinterest frequently updates its CSS classes and DOM structure. If the script stops working, please leave a comment in the feedback section and I will update it!*
