Puts Torn's scattered graffiti info where you actually need it — no automation, read-only.

**Adds**
- Tags remaining to the next reputation tier (25/50/100/250/500) on each card
- A strip above the list: crime skill, enhancer, nerve, and your current goal (crew or CS100)
- Colour suggestions per location, toggled between rep and cash
- Alerts for low spray cans and empty stock

**On colour suggestions**
Taken from [Emforus' graffiti guide](https://www.torn.com/forums.php#/p=threads&f=61&t=16344567) (~32k logs). The author's own caveat applies: the sample is small and he doesn't recommend treating it as a rule. Badges are hints, not instructions — a suggestion won't show if you don't own that colour.

Reads the page only. Nothing is clicked or automated.
