Stop landing on empty shelves.

Every travel tool tells you what's profitable right now. The problem is that "right now" is already three hours old by the time your plane touches down in Japan. You land, the shelf is bare, and you've burned a round trip for nothing.

This one answers a different question: when should you leave, so the shelf is full when you arrive?

What it does
Click the ✈️ button (the floating one you can drag anywhere, or the one in Torn's chat bar next to People) and the panel opens:

Country ranking. All 11 destinations by profit per hour, with the best item for each and how fresh that country's data is.

A "Right now" card. Where to go, when to leave, what you'll find when you land, how much cash you need and what the trip is worth. One click opens the travel agency.

When to leave. Pick a country and you get its destination card (the country and the cash you need) and a row of departure times — 17:09 17:24 17:39 … Tap one: "Leave at 17:09 → you land at 19:51 and find:" followed by what will be on the shelves at that moment. The ⭐ marks the best pick: the item with the biggest total profit among the ones that are low risk (green) for that departure, with the total shown big. If nothing is low risk for that time, there's no ⭐ and it says so.

Charts (📈). Pick a country, tap an item: its stock over the last hours, the forecast of the next restocks and one plain answer — "Leave between 15:10 and 15:40 → you land 17:20–17:50, soon after a restock" — or the reason there is no answer (it never sells out, its cycle is shorter than your flight, too little data, too uncertain). Arrows ◀ ▶ walk through the restocks one at a time, you can lay yesterday over today, and the written times are under More information. A small "?" explains every control. The same chart opens inside the main panel when you tap an item.

Landing phases. Every item gets a plain label for the moment you'd land: Good timing (green), Risky (amber) or Shelf may be empty (red). The last phase is never recommended, and when the forecast says a shelf will be empty, the panel and the chart say the same thing.

Day planner (🗓). Plan your whole day of trips, one trip at a time: pick a country and you get the 3 best departure times (the most profitable, chained from when you are back from the previous trip), a note like "yesterday there was a restock at 16:36" for the far-off ones, and a red TIME CHANGE flag when the best moment moves. Choose which items you buy in each country and everything follows: times, estimated profit and the automatic setup. Or press AUTOMATIC SETUP and the planner builds the day for you. The estimated profit of the day is shown big and clear (it only counts today). Save plans with a name, export one as a short text and send it to a friend: it carries the countries and the pauses, never your times, so it is recalculated with their flight times. A ? at the top explains it all (it opens by itself the first time).

Next travel. Press Follow this plan and a small guide card follows your day on every Torn page: at home it says the next country and when to leave, in flight it shows where you are and when you land, and it tells you when the plan is done. Close it with the ✕; a small dot next to Day planner brings it back. Switch it off in Settings. It only shows while Torn is open on your screen, and it never presses anything for you.

Today's profit. A line with your trips of the day and their estimated profit, worked out with your own settings (capacity, flight method, tax, what you buy). It is an estimate, not a measured gain, and the line says so.

Minimize. The – button next to the ✕ cuts the panel to half size and keeps only the essentials (notices, the "Right now" card, the status line). On a phone it becomes a half-height sheet at the top, so Torn's chat stays free. It remembers your choice.

All times are your own device's time (the panel says so, with the offset from UTC). It speaks English, Italiano and Español, and it works on phones (bigger touch targets, no zoom when you tap a field).

How it predicts restocks
Torn doesn't publish its restock cycles, so I measured them. I logged days of foreign stock, a reading every few minutes across all eleven countries, and found that a foreign shelf doesn't restock on a clock — it restocks a fixed delay after it sells out. The delay belongs to the item (15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes, sometimes more) and doesn't depend on how fast players emptied it.

Since 1.35 the forecast is calculated once for everyone, every couple of minutes, by a small public Google Sheet of mine that reads the public stock data around the clock; the script only downloads the result. It also checks itself against what really happened. In my own check of two days of data, when a shelf was already empty, the restock landed within 5 minutes of the predicted time in 82–86% of cases. That is a small sample and the easy case: far-ahead forecasts are weaker, which is why beyond about four hours the script says "too uncertain" instead of inventing a time.

Your own copy keeps learning in the background as a fallback, and it always says when it doesn't know — "restock within 15 min", "too uncertain", or nothing — instead of making a time up.

Setup
You need a Torn API key — a Limited key is plenty. The panel's "Setup me" card opens Torn ready to create a key with only the permissions this script uses, and Torn shows you the list before you confirm. It also works out how many items you can carry from your perks (airstrip, suitcase, job, faction, book). Override it if you like.

Then three settings, one minute of your life: capacity and travel method, categories (drugs, flowers, plushies and misc are on; weapons and armour are off because they're a pain to resell) and the sale cut % — what you lose between market value and your pocket (5 for the Item Market, 15 listing anonymously, 0 for a direct trade).

Once saved, your API key is shown only as ••••1a2b; changing it asks you to confirm.

Where the data comes from, and what it sends
Stock: YATA, fed by travellers. If YATA is down or has stopped updating, the script asks Prometheus instead — at most once every 15 minutes, never while YATA is healthy. Both are used with their maintainers' permission, and they're the reason any of this is possible. Thank you both.
Prices, your cash, your flight, your perks: Torn's own API. Prices come from the Item Market where possible, not from Torn's lagging market value. While you follow a day plan and Torn is on screen, the script also asks Torn for your travel status once a minute (one tab only) — that's how it knows you're home.
Forecast tables and notices: small public Google Sheets of mine, read-only for you: the script downloads them, nothing goes the other way.
Anonymous usage stats (declared as an anti-feature: tracking), switchable in Settings — see the small print below.
Your API key is kept in your script manager's private storage and sent to api.torn.com only. Tampermonkey will ask about four sites: yata.yt, api.prombot.co.uk, api.torn.com and script.google.com; for you they are read-only, except the usage stats described below.

If your manager has no private storage (Torn PDA, for one), it falls back to browser storage that other userscripts can read, and the panel warns you out loud when that happens. The code is short, readable and unminified. Read it before you install it — that goes for every script that asks for an API key.

What it won't do
It never acts for you. No buying, no selling, no travelling, no clicking. It draws a panel and that's all it does.

It can't see the future perfectly. Torn only reveals foreign stock to players who are physically there, so every country's data is only as fresh as the last traveller. Mexico refreshes constantly; Japan and South Africa can be hours stale. Every country shows its data age — green, amber, red. A red row is an educated guess, not a shelf.

Profit assumes you can sell your whole load without moving the price. On thin items, treat it as optimistic.

It gets weaker the more people use it. Restocks are predictable by anyone with the same data, and every person reading the same prediction lands on the same shelf at the same minute. I'd rather tell you that than sell you a private money printer.

Small print (the boring but honest part).

Usage stats (tracking). The script sends anonymous usage stats (how many people use it, which screens and features, and — whether the install is on the free plan, the trial or a supporter plan, so I can tell what the people who keep this alive actually use; how the sponsor banner does). They help me improve the script and keep it running. They are not your personal data: a random install ID, never your name, never your Torn ID, never your API key. You can switch them off in Settings (Privacy and data).

Public sheets, notices and the emergency brake. The sheets that feed the forecast and the notices are read-only for you and carry only text and numbers, never code. Through them I can show a notice, ask you to update, retire a broken version, or pause the script for everyone if something goes wrong. Links in notices only go to torn.com or this page.

Sponsor banner (ads). One small banner in the header, always labelled "Sponsored", paid in-game, approved by me, links only to Torn pages. To show sponsors how it did, the script counts anonymous totals per banner: views (one per install per day, with the panel open) and clicks — only if the usage stats are on in Settings, sent with the daily stats ping (nothing is sent when you click). The totals contain no IDs and nothing about you; I may share them with the sponsor. Because only installs with stats on are counted, they are a lower bound.

Premium (in-game payments). This is my full-time work and it has to pay for itself. The whole first page — ranking, "Right now", when to leave, restock times, shopping list — stays free; the Charts and the day planner are Premium, paid in game, never real money (cleared with Torn staff): launch offer 2 months for 6 Xanax, otherwise 1 Xanax a week or 4 a month (8 for 2 months). Everyone who is already a member gets 1 free Premium week as a thank-you. The script sends my sheet your public Torn ID and a random key made by the script (also shown to you as a support code) — never your API key.

Debug button. "Send extract" only copies a short technical text (versions, hosts, error codes — never your key, name or ID) so you can send it to me if something breaks.

Not affiliated with Torn. Predictions can be wrong; you use them at your own risk and within Torn's rules.

Where it's going
Ideas I'm working on or weighing — no dates, and nothing here changes what leaves your browser without me telling you first:

Notifications when a good country is about to restock (only with a Torn tab open, only if you switch them on). The Next travel pop-up is the first piece of that.
Probabilities in the day planner: a percentage for each trip's landing — only once the forecasts have earned it (measured on real data first).
Rotations for museum sets in the day planner.
"Will it still be there when I land?" An answer with a probability, from how fast each shelf really sells.
A ranking that respects your cash, so the top trip is one you can actually afford to fill.
How it got here
Highlights, version by version:

1.36 — Day planner (3 best times per trip, "yesterday there was a restock at…", TIME CHANGE flag, choose your items per country, automatic setup, a clear profit box, a ? guide), Next travel guide card on every page, today's estimated profit, Premium (the Charts and the day planner; the first page stays free) with a support code and a one-tap message to me, the 💛 Thank-you wall, a tidier Settings page in five groups, the ✕ stays top-right on phones. Optional anonymous stats now also count which of these screens are used.
1.35.1 — hotfix: fixes a start-up failure when the script was copy-pasted on an iPhone (Torn PDA), and the button is always there. On Torn PDA there is only the floating button; elsewhere, if the chat icon can't be shown, the floating button appears by itself. The floating button stays fully on screen and sticks to the edge when you drop it close to one.
1.35 — Charts; one restock forecast calculated for everyone (download only) so the panel and the chart always agree; landing phases; the ⭐ best pick and a big total profit; a destination card with the cash you need; a Minimize button; works on phones; "too uncertain" instead of invented times; clearer translated errors with Send extract; API key hidden after saving; optional anonymous usage stats (see the small print).
1.34 — Prometheus as a backup source when YATA is down; a "?" on the sponsor banner explaining what it is and what a spot costs; the panel states that all times are your device's time.
1.32 — notices from me at the top of the panel, a wider panel with the ranking columns fixed, a "Write to Flaiht" button on every error, and the sponsor banner.
1.30 — errors that tell you what happened and what to do (in your language, with a Copy details button); if YATA is down the panel keeps working with the last data and says how old it is.
1.29 — Setup me card; the carry capacity works itself out from your perks; cheap plushies and flowers (Nessie, Panda, Cherry Blossom…) no longer wrongly hidden.
1.28 — restock times fixed: the "sell-out + fixed delay" model, and the bug that halved the cycles of the most-flown items is gone.
1.27 — only real restocks count: a restock refills a lot, so players selling back to shops are ignored.
1.26 — a button in Torn's chat bar next to People (the floating button stays).
1.25 — factory restock cycles, so a new install doesn't start blind. Yours always win.
1.24 — a long gap between two readings (you closed Torn for hours) no longer corrupts the times.
1.23 — trust the number or don't show it: Torn's own shop price as an anchor against corrupted prices, every margin sanity-checked, cash needed on the "Right now" card.
1.19 — a "Right now" line; destinations picked by what you'll actually find; real Item Market prices; the depletion curve learned instead of assumed; flight durations measured correctly; categories, your ticket prices, sale cut as a percentage, data age per country.
1.14 — export and import what your copy has learned, so a friend who just installed skips the waiting.
1.7 – 1.13 — the script learns restock cycles from YATA timestamps, estimates stock at arrival, measures your real flights, starts learning in the background on every Torn page, keeps sold-out items in the list, detects restocks even on items that never sell out, and puts departure times first.
Also
Found a departure time that's consistently wrong for a specific item? That's the single most useful thing you can tell me: country, item, and roughly how far off.
