Telegram Web - Media Batch Downloader
Do you want to save media from a group or channel that disables downloading, copying, or forwarding content? This script is exactly the solution you are looking for.
Designed specifically to bypass Telegram's restrictions (using the Web version), it allows you to download individually or in bulk: Videos (.mp4), Images (.jpg/.png), GIFs, and Documents from any protected chat.

- File Renaming: Downloaded files are cleanly and neatly renamed using the
vid_ and img_ prefixes. - Text Freedom: Unlocks text selection and copying (Ctrl+C) in protected chats.
🛠️ How to Use
- Make sure you have a Userscript manager extension installed, such as Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey.
- Install this script using the green button above.
- Open Telegram Web (the script requires and will automatically redirect you to the "K" version).
- Single Download: Right-click on any protected video, image, or document and select the new "📥 Download" option from the context menu.
- Batch Download: Select multiple messages at once (using Telegram's checkboxes). The "📥 D/L" button will appear in the top bar. Click it and you will see a real-time counter (e.g., ⏳ 1/15) working file by file.
👨💻 Credits: This project is a heavily modified Fork based on the original work by user c0d3r. I rewrote the loop logic to make it asynchronous, improved the filtering, and patched the visual bugs in the CSS container.
